Deep tissue - a strong penetrating massage which locates and dissolves muscle tension, great for neck, shoulder or back pain. Can be tailored to concentrate on the muscles relevant to your sport/activity.

Strong man intensive - alleviate deep muscle & mental tension in the back of the body, incorporating a combination of pressure points & remedial therapies, also using hot stones & hot compress combined with acupressure and bodywork.
Myofascial - involves applying heat and gentle stretching of the fascia (connective tissue) by a therapists hands. When traumatised, the fascial can thicken, harden and dry out causing restricted movement and pain in the body. This method stretches and applies heat to the connected tissue altering its viscosity and allowing it to restore to its original condition. nb. more than one treatment is always advised
Trigger point therapy - helps to alleviate painful tight areas or points in the muscles. The aim is to bring relief from pain & aid restricted movement. Common tasks such as physical activity may cause strains, which the client may not be aware of at the time, but later cause pain. Sports massage - (pre-event) warm-up massage is a stimulating, superficial, fast-paced. rhythmic massage lasting for 10-15 minutes. (post-event) techniques used are short light & relaxing incorporated with stretching also. Reducing muscle tension, minimizing swelling & soreness, encouraging relaxation & reducing recuperation time. Past Life Therapy
