Shiva Shirodhara Therapy - the most powerful of
Ayurvedic treatments. You will start off by receiving a marma point massage to relax the mind and muscles. Then warm, healing oil is poured into a special vessel. The oil streams onto the third eye chakra from the pot, and flows over onto the scalp for 15-20 mins. When the oil is finished an intensely soothing scalp massage is performed, incorporating all the pressure points for stress release.
