Shiva Shirodhara Therapy
The most powerful of Ayurvedic treatments. You will start off by receiving a Marma Point Massage to relax the mind and muscles. Then warm, healing oil is poured into a special vessel. The oil streams onto the Third Eye Chakra from the pot, and flows over onto the scalp for 15mins. When the oil is finished an intensely soothing scalp massage is performed, incorporating all the pressure points for stress release. Then finishing off with a light cleanse, hydration and Marma Point massage for the face. Has to be experienced to believe it. This is a truly, uplifting holistic treatment.
