Starting off with a seated healing foot soak & scrub, followed
by an invigorating treatment scrub made with all organic products
including macadamia nut oil, coffee, vanilla & cinnamon.
The scrub is an Invigorating coffeerush that enhances blood
and lymph circulation a stimulating exfoliate that leaves the skin well
nourished and smooth. Followed by a hydrating vanilla bean &
cinnamon essential oil massage. The aroma is truly magic.

Tej Detoxifying Body Treatment
A deep exfoliation and healing bodytreatment using a blend of
herbs and salt. Warm oil is painted onto your skin, then the
fine textured herbal blend is dusted all over the skin, followed
by an invigorating circular massage that helps the body to

For total skin rejuvenation then the scrub is taken off with
soothing warm towels. Your revitalised skin will then be
massaged with a penetrating herbal oil to leave your senses

Holistic Therapies
Shiva Shirodhara Therapy - the most powerful of
Ayurvedic treatments. You will start off by receiving a marma
point massage to relax the mind and muscles. Then
warm, healing oil is poured into a special vessel. The oil
streams onto the third eye chakra from the pot, and
flows over onto the scalp for 15-20 mins. When the oil is
finished an intensely soothing scalp massage is performed,
incorporating all the pressure points for stress release.
Then finishing off with a light cleanse, hydration and
marma point massage for the face. Has be experienced to
